They're not a couple, but babies are nice, and they kind of wanted one to raise.
How convenient, then, that Blue was cloned with monitor lizard DNA as filler.

If being part frog means dinosaurs can spontaneously change sex because some frogs can,
then I say Blue is capable of parthenogenesis because some monitor lizards are.
